Beer School: Sensory Training Part 1 - Ingredients & Descriptors is Part 1 of a 3-Part Sensory Training series. Broadway Brew Supply recommends enrolling in all three classes to complete the sensory training curriculum, but there are no prerequisite courses for any of the sensory training courses offered.
Whether you're a homebrewer, craft beer enthusiast, industry professional, or simply interested in learning more about beer, Beer School: Sensory Training Part 1 - Ingredients & Descriptors is a great introduction to the vocabulary of tasting beer.
During this three-hour class participants will be led through a series of ingredient tasting panels covering the ingredients of beer: water, malt, hops and yeast. Expect to gain a comprehensive understanding of tasting techniques, ingredient descriptions, regional ingredient variations, and an appreciation for all things beer!
This class is Part 1 of a 3-Part series. Participants are encouraged to enroll in all three courses for a comprehensive sensory training experience.
All class participants must be 21+ years old with valid government-issued photo ID.
